  • Client was using several products to provide perimeter and content security.
  • Client had funding challenges for both new technology and staffing resources to support growing security needs.
  • Client had a state-mandated legal requirement to provide content protection for  confidential and personal information

Solution
Conducted Consolidation Study to determine if the solutions were available to single-source the client’s perimeter and content security needs.  We also conduct Contract Negotiation Services with vendor of choice.

Results

  • Client was able to secure current perimeter  technology and add additional capability at a net neutral cost increase
  • Client was able to unify perimeter security for enhanced visibility with lower operation and support requirements
