matthew-faulkner.jpgMatthew Faulkner leads Blue Orbit’s Operational Improvement service area. Matthew is known for a combination of innovation and tenacity, having successfully implemented operational improvement strategies in the High Technology, Aerospace and Consumer Products industries.

Following a successful career as a electronics engineer specializing in avionics and networking products, Matthew has honed his operational improvement skills as a management consultant. As a partner at Coopers & Lybrand, Matthew developed fast track techniques for lead time reduction and supply chain management. Matthew has led domestic and international Supply Chain Management assignments, developed sophisticated analytical models and employed fast track project management techniques to reduce lead time and improve business processes.

Matthew holds an honors degree from Robert Gordon's Institute of Technology, Aberdeen, Scotland. He is also a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

frankovich.jpgJohn leads Blue Orbit’s IT Alignment and Management service area. He has extensive experience in operational and IT Strategy consulting and has served clients in several industries including retail, high tech, entertainment, consumer products and transportation.

Additional career positions include:

As COO for a Technology Consulting firm he was responsible for: determining the strategic and tactical direction of the firm; developing the IT Operations and Strategy Service offerings; and, selling and delivering engagements focused on integrating technology with operational improvements.

He also  held senior management positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers  (PwC) and A.T. Kearney (ATK). At PwC , John was the Global and Americas Lead IT Strategy Partner, responsible for developing the IT Strategy approaches, services and methods for use in PwC’s global organization. He led efforts to determine unique market needs and introduced new services to the various regions through a global organization.  At ATK John was a Vice President where he developed and integrated information technology strategy services with other ATK practices, including methodologies and practice aids used in the global organization.

 John holds a Bachelor of Business in Quantitative Methods from Ohio University.

johnson.jpgRandy Johnson leads Blue Orbit’s Cyber Risk and Resolution service area. He has over thirty years of experience in developing and executing IT strategy, data loss prevention implementations, remediation planning and executing risk mitigation activities.

Randy was a partner for Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers and later held executive positions at IBM - responsible for both technology and business process practices. Throughout his career, he has completed projects for various Fortune 100 firms in the retail, international oil & gas, and consumer products sectors. Randy has also led engagements with one of the nation's leading food and beverage companies, a major US pharmaceutical company, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, a nation-wide building supply company, a major fast food company and a major retailer.

During his many assignments, Randy has been an interim CIO at a major retailer, as well as led Merger & Acquisition IT engagements and conducted the necessary due diligence, which has resulted in streamlining enterprise-wide application portfolios and operations infrastructures, in addition to restructuring the IT organization within companies.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Purdue University.
